At the Congress' AMM-2012 "will be organized two special round tables:
The Innovations for Mining and Metallurgy round tableis aimed at creating a symbiotic relationship between science and business to act as an effective measure for the dynamic, innovative development of mining and metallurgy in the country. To facilitate constructive dialogue between government representatives, domestic and foreign scientific organizations, and mining and metallurgy companies, the effectiveness of Kazakhstan’s law ‘On Government Support for Industrial Innovation’ will be evaluated, along with the capability of science in Kazakhstan for innovative developments and modernization of production. The components for success for commercializing scientific research will also be identified.
The Partner of the round table ‘Innovations for Mining and Metallurgy Complex’: National Center on Complex Processing of Mineral Raw Materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The HR for Mining and Metallurgy round tablewill also play host to the annual working meeting of the Sector Council for Human Resources (SSK), which deals with strategic decision-making concerning training and development of human resources in mining and metallurgy in Kazakhstan. The Council presides over issues regarding analysis and planning of mining & metallurgy HR services, increasing the skills of HR professionals, and the integration of production, business, government, private, scientific and educational structures.
