The refinery has become the winner of the prestigious republican contest “Golden Hephaestus”. The results of the contest are traditionally summed up within the framework of the congress "Astana Mining & Metallurgy" (AMM).

The Golden Hephaestus statuette confirms the commitment to high standards in industrial safety; by the way, it is already called the domestic Oscar for metallurgists. No accidents or technical incidents have been registered at the enterprise since its commissioning. This is the result of daily scrupulous work and great attention to safety issues.
