Meet China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) at AMM 2022 exhibition

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) was established in 1979 and is one of the major international construction contractors. The company was originally the Foreign Aid Department of the Ministry of Railways of China and subsequently has developed into a large-scale state-owned enterprise with Chinese National Super Grade Qualification for railway project contracting and has been listed among the world’s top 100 international contractors for 19 consecutive years by the Engineering News Record.

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) Kazakhstan Branch is a wholly owned subsidiary of the China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC), which acts as a platform for CRCC foreign economic activity, CCECC, on behalf of CRCC, implements all types of construction work outside of China.

CCECC Kazakhstan Branch was established in Nur-Sultan on February 13, 2017 and obtained the first category License of construction activities in Kazakhstan in November 2018. Also recently obtained the licenses for mine and blasting construction and improved the company's operating qualifications. The Kazakhstan Branch also covers market development and operations in Kyrgyzstan.

Currently CCECC Kazakhstan Branch operates 4 projects in Kazakhstan:
1) Rehabilitation of water supply system and facilities for irrigation in Zhambyl district of Zhambyl region;
2) Reconstruction of “Kyzylorda-Zhezkazgan” road section, km 76-127 (lot no.3), length 51 km;
3) Construction of a mining and processing complex for the Bogutty tungsten ore deposit in Almaty region with a capacity of 15,000 tons/day (capacity 10,000 tons/day in the first 2 years);
4) Industrial development of the Shalkiya polymetallic ore deposit in Kyzylorda region, mining works (Capital Development and Construction Works on the Mine Facilities).
