1st of August 2023 our company has started operations in Chile through a new registered company “Swiss Tower Mills Minerals Spa” based in Santiago.
The objective of setting up a local company is to allocate local and headquarters resources to support Swiss Tower Mills Minerals' installed base operations in Chile and the Latin American region, through the portfolio of comprehensive after-sales services:

▪️ Operations support
▪️ Operational improvement projects
▪️ Management of spare parts, wear parts and consumables
▪️ Promotion and sales management for capital projects
▪️ Support for the development of engineering studies in the different stages, considering the dimensioning of equipment and solutions
▪️Support for the development of laboratory tests and pilots for studies and projects

New Metallurgical Laboratory of Swiss Tower Mills Minerals AG in Chile
The establishment of the new grinding test facility at the Geomet Metallurgical Laboratory in Santiago de Chile marks a significant milestone for STM. With the 5-liter mill now operational, we're well-equipped to conduct grinding tests and provide training on VRMmill™ and VPMmill™ technologies in the region.
This new test lab not only enhances our capabilities but also underscores our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients in the mining and metallurgical sectors. It serves as a vital hub for demonstrating the efficiency and effectiveness of our grinding technologies and facilitates hands-on training to empower professionals with the latest advancements in ore processing.
