With ITECA.EVENTS, you will be able to:
- Scan visitor badges at your booth and effortlessly gather a valuable contact database
- Download and organize scanned contacts within 30 days after the event
- Start chatting with potential partners and schedule meetings
- Have constant access to all event information in one place
We invite you to join the application as an exhibition participant.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
1. Log in to your company’s account:
- Exhibition password: OPORUYUYETB
- Company access code - You received it from your manager
2. Check if you have entered data in the following sections, and save changes:
- Information about company
- Exhibitor Representative
- Potential visitor profile
- Upload logo
- Description in the catalogue
- Product index
3. Add at least one Exhibitor Representative no later than April 15th
4. Instructions for accessing the ITECA.EVENTS will be sent to the email address specified at the "Exhibitor Representative" form.
